Description: | The indicator measures the improvement of households/communities/etc. resilience through the strengthening of their preparedness capacity and their practices on all the DRR dimensions: governance (group organization and plans), information, preparedness and mitigation Increased awareness and knowledge are a proxy indicator for the application of improved practice. - Includes various levels of interventions at community and household level, e.g. fuel efficient stoves, soil erosion protection, dam and water retention structures, pasture/water production and management, fodder or grain storage, etc. |
