Indicates that food security interventions have been implemented with appropriate food rations are distributed to vulnerable households (where markets cannot meet need) - Includes various food assistance modalities, through general ration food distributions, food vouchers, food for work, cash grants, etc. All recipients receive food that is ‘fit for purpose': for safety, food should not pose a risk to health; for quality, food should match quality specifications and be nutritious
