Measure Notes:

> Number of people/households assisted with food assistance relative to baseline > Quantity of food/cash/vouchers received per household relative to baseline > Total amount of food/cash/vouchers transferred - Needs to consider duration of the food assistance programme, as food availability might be a temporary measure - Needs to consider linkages with food and income sources and meal frequency indicators Emergency Food Security Assessment Handbook (EFSA) - Second Edition, 2009: http://www.wfp.org/content/emergency-food-security-assessment-handbook
