In-person training in Bangladesh with the British Red Cross to strengthen capacities for livelihoods programming of staff from BRC's Delegations in Bangladesh and Nepal, representatives from the Bangladesh RCS,  IFRC, and other Movement partners. October 2022.

This course included 3 days to cover the 8 sessions of the Livelihood Programming Course (LPC), and a 4th day dedicated to introducing the HES methodology (Household Economic Security) and a workshop on Climate Change and Livelihoods. The LPC training is based on the IFRC Livelihoods Programming Guidelines and additional RCRC material. The course combines theoretical content with various practical exercises in groups to facilitate and consolidate learning.
