These toolbox guidelines are intended to support livelihood practitioners in programming microenterprise (ME) interventions, by providing sequential guidance and tools throughout the different stages of the process.

The guidelines are structured according to the phases of a microenterprise program: assessment and analysis, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Each stage begins with a brief introduction, followed by advice and a proposal of tools appropriate for that phase.

The guidelines and toolbox are available in French, English, and Spanish.
