Professional Activation Centres

These ROADMAP & TOOLKIT aim to assist volunteers and staff engaged in employability programmes by providing guidance and a set of well-crafted tools, gathered and adapted from various experiences, primarily from the Employment Plan of Spanish Red Cross and the ESIRAS programme, an EU co-funded action implemented by a consortium of European National Societies led by the Spanish Red Cross.

The toolkit is organized into 3 main blocks: P_Working with People, E_Working with the Environment, N_Working with Practitioners & National Societies to be implemented simultaneously, and a QUICK MENU at the end of these blocks. Each block progresses through sequential stages; each stage is underlined and leads to a description of objectives, recommendations, things to avoid, and relevant tools. The tools are meant to be adaptable so that each team can create a tailored employability roadmap according to available resources, participants' profiles, and the local branch's capacities.
