Training aim
The objective of the training is to enable participants to navigate the Guidelines and Tools for designing and managing Micro-entrepreneurship programmes.
The aim of this training is to build capacities among RCRC staff and volunteers for the design and management of Programs promoting Micro-entrepreneurship (ME) / Income Generation Activities (IGA). The training seeks to narrow the knowledge/use gap related to available tools and improve staff performance.
This training course can be adapted for Programs supporting Group ME and/or Individual ME.

Course Objectives
• Analyse ME programs within IFRC Livelihoods Framework
• Use ME guidelines and available tools
• Describe phases and stages for the design and management of ME Programs
• Relate market assessment and MEs feasibility analysis
• Identify key issues for ME Programs management
Target audience
Program Managers, Delegates, Project Coordinators, etc. This training course is also modulable to fit different audiences. It can be adapted for Program Managers, Coordinators, etc. and it can also be adapted for implementers, mobilizers and field staff, who will be supporting beneficiaries with their micro-entrepreneurship activity.
